If you're an Atlantan, you've most likely already heard of our friends at Preserving Place. A do-it-yourself supplier of goods and exceptional preserved foods, they recently celebrated their two-year anniversary. In their own words, Preserving Place is a unique “farm to store” retail concept focusing on the preservation of food and of our Southern sense of place.
